Working with Jay and his team was a 10/10 all around. We did a standing seam metal roof on an island property boathouse in Muskoka. Jay came back right away with a detailed quote (with various options to consider), and was able to come out in just a few weeks to do the job. Could barely get a quote out of other roofers, and some of them were highway robbery due to the complexity of the job. The installers were very professional and courteous and kept the site clean and safe. Jay kept the job on time and 100% on budget.

Amazing!!! From the beginning, to the end of our project every aspect of working with Jay Cater Roofing was amazing. Before putting any prices together Jay inspected our roof, inspected our attic, and even reviewed our eavestrough with me. He listened to us and gave us options. Even more amazing is his team of installers. Top quality people who care about everything they do. His team even built a small “hut” over our BBQ to protect it from any falling debris. During our installation there was a huge rainstorm, resulting in a small leak in our home. Jay’s foreman was at our house 25 minutes after I called Jay! The foreman explained the issue and fixed it immediately. I feel Jay Carter Roofing has an amazing product. The difference is his team and the effort they put in to look after the customer and their satisfaction. Jay Carter installed our roof 8 years ago, and after some high winds recently, I noticed 1 missing and 1 loose shingle. I called Jay Carter, and they quickly had someone come over to fix it, and at no cost (under warranty). Great to know that the after-sale service was as excellent as the service we got when it was installed.
